The InkZone website is owned by Consume IT Ltd. We were established in 1998, originally supplying consumables in our local area. We soon realised the potential in this market setting up a mail order facility and opening a retail shop.
It was always our aim to create online shopping facilities, but we decided to wait until we were certain we could provide you with exactly what you need, a secure, quick and easy to use website.
Before starting on this project we canvassed the ideas of hundreds of people, existing customers, web designers and other computer industry specialists. You all wanted the same things: -

- Hassle Free Returns - We offer a 'no questions asked' refund policy on all unused products returned within 14 days and a 'no quibble' refund or replace policy in the unlikely event of an item developing a fault.
- Secure Payment Options - All online payments are processed on secure sites, Credit & Debits Cards are processed on secure servers with the highest encryption levels available and we also offer PayPal for those of you who prefer to use that, there is also an option to pay us by cheque / postal order for those not wishing to give their details online.
- A Fast Response - We aim to reply to all e-mails and faxes within 2 hours if received during our normal office hours (9am - 5pm GMT Monday to Friday). We aim to address any complaints (received during office hours) within one hour and rectify them same day (next day if received after 3.00pm)
