Shipping Charges
We thought long and hard about offering you *free* delivery but all that means in reality is hiding the postage costs in each item and that means those of you buying more will be paying more so we lowered the costs of the ink and introduced what we feel is a very fair delivery charge based on the weight of your order. For those of you making ink orders over £ (excluding laser toners) we offer a free shipping option.
Standard Delivery
We aim to process all orders on the day of receipt and if they are received before 4.00 pm post them on that day. Delivery will be by Royal Mail or Courier depending on the weight and value of your order. If our chosen method requires a signature then please make sure goods are signed as 'Unchecked' if you don't have time to inspect at time of delivery.
During busy periods orders are processed and despatched by shipping priority method so if the goods are urgent please consider upgrading to one of the delivery methods below.
First Class Recorded
For a small fee on orderss you can upgrade to First Class Recorded Delivery to give you the ability to track your order via Royal Mail's website and to know that your order will receive priority over standard orders at busy times.
Next Day Guaranteed
You can also upgrade to a next working day service. This service is only up to 3.00 pm on weekdays and guarantees you delivery on the following working day. Small orders are sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and will reach you by 1.00 pm on the next working day and larger orders are shipped using a next day courier service and can be delivered anytime up to 6.00 pm on the following day.
We can also schedule early morning deliveries and AM, PM or timed delivers by arrangement (please contact us for details).
Although our stock levels are very accurate we do advise that you contact us if an item is essential and stock levels are low prior to placing an order and also include a phone number where you will be contactable on during the day the order is placed. We will always try to contact you by phone first if there is a problem with a next day guaranteed order.
